Our control  porcess is manually, taking samples and analyzin each one of the vines.<\/p>\n<p>VINIFICATION<br \/>\nLong fermentation of 20 to 24 days with native yeasts and daily manual pegeage. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (Q. Petrea) of 225 liters, of fine grain and medium-light roasting.<br \/>\nBottling: One year in the bottle to achieve the optimum ripening point.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our select wine production has the expression of an authentic Priorat wine.
