With a Crianza of 14 months in French oak barrels (Q. Petrea) of fine grain and medium-light roast and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle, our wines obtain the perfect ripeness point, achieving unique attributes with aromas of noble woods. of this type of aging.

With the Coupage, each batch is analyzed, tasted and refined from different points of view.

With a minimum of 12 months and bottled according to the recommended times for a Priorat wine, the aromas of stone and minerals are accentuated with fine notes of wood, achieving a wine with aging character, which resists a long time in the bottle being able to consume in excellent conditions in the following 15 years.
